This reads like a smack in my face. What if the girl you want is in a committed relationship, hates you and your ex? Since I´ve been with her every other girl feels like a replacement for her. I miss the passion I used to have. Now being with women kind of feels bland, like I´m missing the point with them.

That is a hard place to be at. It sometimes takes years to get over a person and feel something for someone new that isn't comparison. I caught myself comparing. It never feels the good.

I don't know how you fail to realise this but attractive Men and Women don't chase. They don't need to, most of them don't even know how. These are the kind of people that tell you to " just be yourself, have patience and it will just happen" . Cause in most cases for them it does. That's their reality.

That is exactly my point they don't chase and may end up like Joey.

Unless you ask someone out and they tell you no, it’s arbitrary to assume anything. I remember once, there was this girl checking out some clothes in the men’s department. We knew each other a little bit from the university. She was very pretty and thought to ask her out. Every single man to whom I’ve told this story assumes that she had a boyfriend and they would not ask her out. Of course, that was my initial thought too. But then, being more realistic, I thought that maybe she checks out male clothes for her brother. It turned out I was right:)

Whoa! What a good call. My friend always bought clothes for her brothers, so not unreasonable. As long as you are polite it doesn't hurt to ask.
